# How does the Meet and Greet process work?
For Meet and Greet service, please call the contact number provided in your payment success email. The contact number varies depending on your pickup location. Our driver will meet you at the designated meeting point.
# When will I receive my deposit refund?
Your deposit will be refunded within 10 working days after you return the vehicle. This period allows us to check for any traffic summons or violations. The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
# How will my deposit be refunded?
The deposit refund will be processed according to your original payment method. If you paid by debit/credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If you paid via online transfer, the refund will be made through online transfer to your account.
# How much is the security deposit and when do I pay it?
The security deposit is paid when you collect the vehicle. The amount depends on the vehicle group: Compact/Sedan – RM300, Mini MPV/SUV – RM500, MPV/Luxury Van – RM1,000. This deposit will be refunded after the rental period, subject to vehicle condition and traffic violation checks.

# Can I return the car at a different location?
Yes, you can return the vehicle at a different location. However, a reposition fee will apply depending on the locations. The exact amount will be displayed before you complete your payment during the booking process.
# What is the fuel policy?
We operate a “Same to Same” fuel policy. This means you should return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you received it. Please check the fuel level during vehicle collection and ensure it matches upon return.
